We are stardust – fragments of space landed on earth at some point developed into life.

When we turn to ashes the crystals in us are the only remains. 

This is science.

So what if the crystals in us were able to shine without the patterns of childhood traumas simply without traumas of any kind?

What if we could just shine and leave all the suffering behind? Just for a moment.

I have found that in that one moment, the stardust glows and becomes more visible for me to see. Also for others but mostly for me. This is what I am striving for, this is what I am living for. And this is what I am offering to you. 

The knowledge I have found on my path in many ways of being in the moment of presence. 

I have gathered the essence of the practices that work the best for me – and as I have learned also for others. And I am offering it to you.
